Over the past five years, I’ve helped grow businesses across Asia, Europe, and the US. My work spans performance marketing, paid media, funnel optimization, and backend systems. Whether working with early-stage founders or running my own brands, I’ve always focused on measurable growth, sustainable structure, and execution that compounds over time.

Right now, I run Elkiya Digital on a small scale. It’s still active, but I’m shifting toward something deeper. I’m ready to focus on one mission, one team, and one product that I can help scale intentionally.

It all began with creative work that bootstrapped everything from the ground up.

I began with video editing, 3D, and design as a passion. At 17, I was freelancing on Fiverr and eventually landed a remote job with a US-based company. I earned $1,000 per month before college, a life-changing opportunity for someone growing up in Indonesia.

With that money, I bootstrapped Elkiya. It started as a creative agency offering design, video, and content for global clients. I handled everything myself, from client communication to delivery. The work was fulfilling, but also unstable. Project-based income meant constant unpredictability.

That pushed me toward performance marketing. I wanted more control, more clarity, and more impact. I learned ads, funnels, and analytics not through theory, but through necessity.

When systems fail, I build new ones that scale.

After some growth, Elkiya hit a ceiling. Losing one major client caused a big revenue drop. Around that time, my cofounder introduced me to a pet e-commerce store based in the Netherlands. We attempted a partnership, but it didn’t last. Still, I saw potential.

I took over the store, restructured everything, and launched Paw Studio, an art-meets-commerce brand focused on custom portraits. We served over 100,000 customers in 30+ countries, powered by a fully remote team of 100+ creatives from Indonesia.

I led everything behind the scenes: operations, growth, hiring, systems. We scaled lean, stayed profitable, and built something global from scratch, without outside funding or shortcuts.

My background gives me a strong creative instinct, but I’ve always paired it with a systems mindset. I’ve managed full-funnel campaigns, tracked performance across ad platforms and CRMs, and built backend processes that keep things scalable.

I treat data seriously. Every test has a hypothesis. Every result has a lesson. I don’t rely on feel. I measure, iterate, and optimize. But I also know that real growth needs a mix of numbers, intuition, and timing. I bring that balance to every team I work with.

Where I’m from shaped how I operate.

I spent my early years in Bangkok and built most of my life in Yogyakarta. The contrast between those two environments taught me how to stay grounded while moving fast. I’m practical, independent, and used to making things work without perfect conditions.

Since I was young, I’ve enjoyed building things from the ground up. I don’t just chase ideas. I test, fix, rebuild, and improve until things actually work. That mindset has stayed with me in everything I’ve done, from solo projects to scaling teams.

Beyond my work, I support other marketers through mentorship and community building.

I started Marketers by ELKIYA, a private group of 400+ marketers and operators, where we talk real-world performance, not theory.

I’ve run workshops, mentored early-stage marketers, and helped teams rethink their growth strategy with a clean slate.

Now, I’m ready to go all-in, to build one product with one team, and make it count.

Elkiya still runs quietly, but I want to go deeper. I’m looking to focus fully on one product, not multiple clients. I want to build with intention, in a team that values ownership, clarity, and results that compound.
